Knowledge BasePricing and BillingScope and Counting Sales

How does pay-per-sale pricing work?

Remora is $3,000 per month per dealership, including up to 150 sold vehicles. Each additional sale is $20, with a monthly cap for big operations. One subscription covers every feature, like a gym membership.

What counts as a sale?

A sale is a vehicle that was listed on your website and then comes off your inventory feed. Retail, wholesale, and commercial sales count the same. A vehicle never listed on your website never counts. If a VIN returns within fourteen days, to your site, a sister store's site, or your group website on Remora, it comes off the count automatically. No sale is ever billed twice.

We count a sale on the date the vehicle leaves your website. Your DMS may count by contract date, and the two reports can differ.

Reporting and disputes

Your portal shows a running count of sales every day, along with a VIN Report listing each vehicle's year, make, model, and the dates it was listed and removed. The final count for each period appears on your invoice. If a count looks wrong, tell us within 60 days of the invoice. Send a DMS sales report or the VINs you are disputing, and once we validate the difference, a credit lands on your next invoice.
