Your website reflects your inventory feed. When a vehicle is missing or wrong, the cause is usually in what your provider sent, and we trace it from their export to the page your shoppers see.
Import history
We check your feed every ten minutes and record what each import did: which vehicles arrived and which left. That record shows us whether a vehicle never came through, came through with an old value, or arrived missing a detail the page needs.
Fix it once
A sold vehicle that stays in your feed comes back with the next import. So we fix it where it starts. We work with your inventory provider to stop sending it, and we can pull an urgent listing off the site while they do.
Correct a detail on the website and it stays corrected. The next import leaves it alone.
Filters
Feature filters and sorting are only as good as the vehicle data behind them. If the feed leaves out a third row or a stock date, that vehicle can drop out of a filter or sort out of place. We correct how the website reads your data.
If you see a vehicle on your site that looks wrong, send our Success Team the stock number and what the vehicle should be showing.
