Knowledge BaseGetting StartedPreparation for Launch

What happens between signing up and launching my website?

After you sign up, we assign you a dedicated success manager. They run your build and launch, and a shared conversation keeps everyone on both teams up to date.

Build and review in private

We build your website on a private development address and send it to you for review. Shoppers see nothing until you approve it. We start from our best practices and tune the design, pricing, and strategy with you until the site fits your dealership.

Reply to the welcome email with the information it asks for. We connect your inventory and lead delivery before the design review. Everything you send stays in the launch conversation, where any member of our team can pick up the work.

Prepare DNS before the switch

When we manage your DNS, we first copy your existing records, including the ones for your current website and business email. Your team then points the domain's nameservers to us using the instructions we send. Your current website keeps running while that change spreads across the internet. The nameserver change does not launch the new site; we switch the website later, on your approval. If your IT team keeps DNS, we send them A records and coordinate the timing with them.

Approve and launch

Let the gains begin. Once you approve the site, we run our final checks and make the switch. Your new site goes live for everyone at once, and we confirm when it is live.
