Knowledge BaseGetting StartedPreparation for Launch

What does my team need to provide before launch?

Your welcome email lists everything we need and gives both teams one place to coordinate. The essentials are your logo, inventory feed, CRM addresses, important photos, and access to your domain (or contact information for the IT company that manages it). We also spend time up front learning your market, strategy, goals, and what your dealership is known for.

Systems and contacts

Tell us which provider sends your inventory and where your leads should go. For a dealer group, name the lead destination for each location. If a vendor has to confirm that it can send your feed or receive your leads, introduce us to the person who can confirm it.

We also need the person who can authorize domain changes. Your dealership always owns its domain and handles its registration and renewal. We can manage DNS at your request or provide A records for your IT team. Before a nameserver change, send the complete DNS zone file for each domain, including any records added recently. Our own scan finds most records, and the zone file covers the rest.

Reviewing the preview

Use the private link to give us your design direction and any changes before launch. Send the actual content or artwork with each change, and name the page it belongs on.

Tell your launch team when you approve the site. We finish our final checks on inventory and connected services, then make the switch. Quick replies to the welcome email and the preview keep your launch on schedule.
