Answer:
A call to action (CTA) is created with the purpose of driving a consumer to take an action for becoming a lead or purchasing. Based on best practices, a webpage should have a CTA in some form to persuade the consumer to buy. It is typically constructed with a few words or phrases designed to attract attention. A website CTA is usually placed as a button or graphic linking to a landing page where we can capture the user as a lead. The content is kept short and to the point. Some examples for the automotive dealership sector include Confirm Availability, Request More Info, Reserve Now, Request Sale Price, and View Details.
Adding a CTA to your inventory pages is not hard to do. Once you open the Remora Administrative Portal and select Inventory Settings under the Inventory Mods tab (revisit how to access inventory settings), the Call to Actions section (pictured below) is where you will fill in all of the details.

Button Type (previewed below) is set to Generic by default, or you can select Custom.

Label (illustrated below) is what the button will say.

Pick a color (set to green by default) for the CTA button from the Color drop-down menu (depicted below).

Select what you want the button to do in the Action drop-down menu (see below). The options are explained below.

Link: You are prompted to enter an external URL and indicate it will open in a new window (keeps your website easily accessible) by clicking the checkbox (shown below).

Page: For linking to an internal page, just select the corresponding URL from the drop-down menu (visualized below).

Form: The Form drop-down menu (viewed below), which we recommend using, provides a list of available forms.

Click To Call: Choose a phone number (only appears on the mobile version of your website) from the Department drop-down menu (displayed below).

After you have completed all of these required fields (marked by * symbol), click on the green circle with a plus sign (exhibited below) located at the end of the row to add the CTA.

Note: Make sure the chosen words/terms and colors are compliant with your OEM.
