How do I add a new coupon?

Recognizing that discounts play a factor in attracting customers to your dealership, we offer easy-to-follow instructions on adding coupons to your website. After you open the Remora Administrative Portal and select Coupons under the Website Mods tab (quick reminder on how to access coupons), click on the blue circle with a plus sign in it (pictured below), which is located in the lower, right-hand corner of the page.

Next, fill in all of the information requested to create your coupon. Title and Sub Title fields (previewed below) will display the text as headers underneath the coupon image. The Sale Price (illustrated below) will overlay in the lower, left-hand corner of the coupon image. Only numerical values are accepted in this section.

Start date and End date fields (see below) allow you to choose when the coupon goes live on your site. The coupon will not appear live before the start date and will automatically disappear from your site after the expiration date, so you do not need to manually remove coupons once they expire.

Upload your coupon image by clicking the blue SELECT IMAGE button (shown below). You can drag and drop an image from your computer or a number of other sources, such as Facebook, Instagram, or Google Drive. Coupon images are 450x300. You may use smaller images, but images larger than 450x300 will be cropped and resized automatically when uploaded.

To make a coupon appear on your site, simply click the toggle switch under the heading of Active to change it from gray to blue (depicted below), indicating the coupon is now visible. 

Under the Groups heading, use the drop-down menu to place the coupon in one or more categories (displayed below), eliminating the extra step of creating two separate coupons.      

Then, add the body of the coupon in the Coupon Content editor (visualized below).

The Disclaimer section (viewed below) allows you to enter disclaimer text that will appear at the bottom of a coupon, under the content and above the expiration date.

Lastly, click the green ADD COUPON button (exhibited below) at the bottom of the page.
