How do I add a new page?

Adding a new page to your dealership website is quite simple. Once you open the Remora Administrative Portal and select Pages under the Website Mods tab (where to access my website’s pages), click the blue circle with a plus sign in it (pictured below) at the lower, right-hand corner of the screen.

Fill in all of the required fields (marked by * symbol), starting with Content Header, URL, and Meta Title (all previewed below). Content Header will display at the top of the page as the H1 header and automatically generates into the URL field, but you may also create a custom URL. The Meta Title displays on the web browser’s tab, as well as on search engine results. Although the Meta Description is not required, it is recommended and helpful for SEO purposes. This short summary of the page’s content will display on search engine results below the Meta Title. Descriptions that are too long will be automatically parsed by the search engine.

Next, choose what type of page you are adding from the drop-down menu under the Page Type heading (illustrated below). The default selection is Content, which is also what you will use for custom pages.

Then, under the section titled Page Content (see below) is where you will select the type of content being added (visualized below) and place the new material.

Just click the green circle with an image of a pencil in it (shown below) to open up the editor box (depicted below) and add your content.

After you have finished completing these essential fields and hit the green ADD PAGE button (viewed below) at the bottom, you may customize the page in a number of different ways. We will go through all of these choices in the document for editing an existing page.
