Once you open the Remora Administrative Portal and select Incentives under the Reel tab (recollect how to access edit incentives), click on User Incentives (pictured below) in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, and then the blue circle with a plus sign in it (previewed below) at the bottom, right corner of the page.


Next, fill in all of the applicable and required (marked by * symbol) fields. Display Name (illustrated below) is the incentive title that will appear as the price label on your website. For the Expiration Date (depicted below), either select the date from the calendar or type in the month, day, and year.
The Incentive Type drop-down menu (see below) gives you five categories to choose from, which are explained below.
Cash Offer: Enter a cash value to discount off the price.
Finance Offer: Enter the APR percentage rate for a range of 24 months to 84 months or select few.
Pull Ahead: Flag the vehicles as part of a pull-ahead lease or finance program incentive. Since this is a case-by-case type incentive, no value entering is needed. You may choose to expand on details in the disclaimer field.
Gift Award: Flag the vehicles as part of a dealership customer loyalty, referral, or reward program incentive. Since this is a case-by-case type incentive, no value entering is needed. You may choose to expand on details in the disclaimer field.
Special: Flag the vehicles as a special. Since this is a custom incentive, no value entering is needed. You may choose to expand on details in the disclaimer field.
To activate the incentive, click on the toggle switch under the heading of Active to change it from gray to blue (shown below).
If the incentive is conditional, click on the gray toggle switch under the heading of Conditional to indicate this designation by changing it to blue (viewed below).
In the Disclaimer field (displayed below), the text you input will show in a pop-up box (visualized below) when a user hovers over the incentive’s question mark. The expiration date you set will appear after the disclaimer text, as well.


In the Exclusions field (exhibited below), you may exclude current incentives from being combined with the new incentive.

You also must select one or more options in the Delivery Types field (given below). If they all apply, you can add them all.

After you are finished entering the settings for an incentive, you need to assign vehicles from your inventory for it. Under the section Add Qualifying Vehicle Groups (demonstrated below), you can narrow down vehicles by the condition, year, make, model, and trim using Filters (represented below).


Then, click the white ADD GROUP button (portrayed below) to save it underneath the Current Groups heading (provided below). You may add multiple vehicle groups, if applicable.


The Edit Qualifying Vehicles section (image below) allows you to apply the incentive to additional vehicles in your inventory. You can search through your entire inventory through the Filters options (example below).


To choose a vehicle, simply click the corresponding checkbox under the column Select (illustration below).

As the final step, click on the green ADD INCENTIVE button (visual below) at the very bottom of the page.
