How do I add links to review sites on my dealership website?

If you want to provide customers the opportunity to recommend your dealership on review sites, adding the links on your website takes just a couple of minutes. Once you open the Remora Administrative Portal and select Reviews under the Website Mods tab (details on how to access reviews), click on SETTINGS (pictured below) in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

Enter or copy and paste the URL for each review site (previewed below) you want to include. If you leave a field blank, customers will not have the chance to leave a review through that particular site.

When customers choose a rating of four stars or higher, they are given the option of going to that site (illustrated below) and inputting their review.

If customers choose a rating of three stars or lower, they are directed to a lead form (depicted below) that is sent to your CRM. You can then use this information to contact the customer about their experience.
