How do I change my password/retrieve It?

Answer:

If you want to change your login password, this task is as easy as pie. Once you open the Remora Administrative Portal and select "Users" in the left-side toolbar (friendly reminder on how to access existing users), click the green edit button (pictured below) next to your name.

Next, simply type your desired password in the Password and Confirm Password fields (previewed below). All done!

Please Note: If you are unable to login, you will need to call support or submit a support ticket to have a member of the Support team reset your password.
