Answer:
Once you open the Remora Administrative Portal and select Coupons under the Website Mods tab (refresher on how to access coupons), find the coupon you want to keep using and click the green circle with a pencil in it (pictured below), which is located to the far right of the row.
Then, scroll down to the Start date and End date fields (previewed below) and enter a new ending date for the coupon.
Verify the toggle switch (illustrated below) under the heading of Active is blue, signifying a live coupon.
To confirm any edits, you must click on the green SAVE CHANGES box (see below) that appears near the top of the page.
