Wanting to feature vehicles with special offers on your website? Follow along as we go over everything you need to complete the task smoothly. Once you open the Remora Administrative Portal and select Generic Offers under the Website Mods tab (your guide on how to access special offers), click on the blue circle with a plus sign in it (pictured below) at the bottom, right corner of the page.
Input the Start Date and End Date (previewed below) for the special offer. Expired specials will automatically disappear from your website.
You can either enter a vehicle VIN or select the Make and Model from the drop-down menus (both illustrated below). Choosing the VIN will pull vehicle information, price, finance details, and images from the inventory feed. If you select the vehicle by make and model, you can choose from a number of stock photos for that model. You may also upload images instead of using the ones provided in the dashboard.
The information you put in the Name field (depicted below) will display at the top of the special offer.
You have the option to designate which group the vehicle belongs to in the Select group field (see below).
If you want customers to view the inventory associated with this special offer, click the checkbox next to Link to Inventory (shown below). For a VIN, it will take you to the associated vehicle details page (VDP). For Make and Model, you are directed to a search results page with all of the vehicles fitting that make and model.
You may enter a web address in the Custom URL field (viewed below) if you prefer this special offer linked to a custom landing page or another external or internal page.
To include a Contact Us button with the special offer, click the checkbox next to Add Contact Form Button (visualized below). This will generate a lead form for the customer to fill out when clicked.
You can incorporate additional content, such as pricing and disclaimers, by typing directly into the Description editor box (exhibited below).
After you are finished entering in all of the necessary details, click on the green ADD SPECIAL OFFER button (displayed below) at the bottom of the page.
