How do I delete a department?

Answer:

Unfortunately, you are not permitted to delete one of the prepopulated departments (Sales, Service, Body, and Parts), but you can make one or more inactive to keep them from appearing on your site. Just follow these simple instructions. Once you open the Remora Administrative Portal and select Dealership Info under the Website Mods tab (steps on how to access dealership information), click on the toggle switch next to the department name to change it from blue to gray (pictured below), indicating inactive status.

If you have created a custom department and need to delete it, simply click the red circle with an image of a trash can in it (previewed below), which is located to the right of the department name.

Then, click OK (illustrated below) on the confirmation message that will appear in the middle of your screen.
