How do I delete a form?

Answer:

Once you open the Remora Administrative Portal, select the main tab called Forms, and the subtab Manage Forms (see how to access forms), click on the red circle with an image of a trash can in it (pictured below) to the far right of the corresponding row.

Then, click OK in the confirmation message (previewed below) that appears in the middle of your screen.

Please Note: This will remove the form from our system entirely and cannot be recovered.
