When you need to change the phone number, contact form, or hours for one of your dealership departments, it only takes a very short amount of time to complete. Once you open the Remora Administrative Portal and select Dealership Info under the Website Mods tab (a quick review of how to access dealership information), scroll down to the heading of Departments (pictured below) to see multiple fields you can edit for each department listed (previewed below).
After you finish with any edits, make sure you click on the green SAVE CHANGES box (illustrated below) that appears near the top of the page.
Note: If you are using any third-party call tracking services with dynamic number insertion (DNI), keep in mind that changing the phone numbers will affect how the services work. Inform your call tracking provider of your changes before proceeding.
