How do I request a one-time report?

In addition to receiving daily, weekly, or monthly reports, you can elect to send a one-time report to yourself or someone else at the dealership. Once you open the Remora Administrative Portal and click on Schedule Reports from the Reports drop-down menu (go back over how to access schedule reports), scroll down a little to the Send Custom Report section (pictured below) and select a given date range or the custom option in the blue drop-down menu (previewed below).

Next, choose what type of information you want included in the report by clicking on the gray toggle switch underneath each category (illustrated below).

Your email address will automatically appear in the Email Recipient List (depicted below). To send this report to additional people, enter their email address in the Email field (see below). Then, click the green button with two squares and a plus sign (shown below) to the right of it, which adds them to the list.

Lastly, click on the green SEND CUSTOM REPORT NOW button (viewed below) at the bottom of the page.
