How do I search for or filter credit applications?

Answer: To search or filter through incoming credit applications to your dealership, please direct your attention to the search dialogue box (pictured below) located in the upper right corner of both the "New Applications" and "Viewed Applications" subsections of the "Credit Applications" page of the Remora administrative portal.

After locating this tool on the page, you have a variety of different ways to search through the corresponding sections. Some of the most common ways to sort through credit applications via search-enabled filters include:

• First name
• Last name
• Email address
• Phone number

Going a step further, you can also sort credit applications by ID, date of creation, application source, first name, and last name by simply clicking on the header of the chosen column (as shown below). Doing so will allow you to toggle results in ascending or descending order of the chosen variable.
