What are email groups?

Answer: Email groups give your dealership the ability to collate and gather website leads via either a specific email address or multiple email addresses. Going a step further, you can set up email groups via two primary formats, which include:

  • ADF/XML templates that pair with your customer relationship management (CRM) platform
  • Plain text/HTML directly to an email inbox
