What if my CRM is not parsing phone numbers and contact times correctly?

Answer: If your customer relationship management (CRM) platform isn't parsing phone numbers or contact times correctly, let's try switching this information to the "Comments" section of the incoming emails to your chosen CRM.

To do this, you will first need to navigate to "Form Settings." (Here is a quick refresher on how to get to this subsection of the Remora Administrative Portal if you need it.) Once you are on the "Form Settings" page, go ahead and toggle off (gray) the "Remove ADF XML Phone Attributes" option under the "Generic Form Settings" portion of the page, as we've shown below.

Doing this will move the phone number and contact time information to the "Comments" section of your lead emails, which can be a lifesaver if you're currently working with a CRM that isn't able to properly parse this type of ADF/XML data.
