Answer:
A banner you just added to your dealership website may not be visible, because it was listed as inactive. This is a piece of cake to update. Once you open the Remora Administrative Portal and select Banners under the Website Mods tab (refresher on how to access banners), select from Filters using the Banner Groups drop-down menu (pictured below).

All of your banners either appear under the heading of Active Banners or Inactive Banners (both previewed below).
To activate an inactive banner, simply click the toggle switch located under the banner image.

Next, select OK on the confirmation message (illustrated below) that will pop up to change the status of the banner to Active.

Please Note: If a banner has already expired, attempting to activate this banner will bring up the following warning message:

Click on the blue Edit button seen in the image above to change the End Date/Time (displayed below).

Then, make the banner active (turns blue) by clicking on the gray toggle switch (shown below).

Lastly, make sure you click on the green SAVE CHANGES box (depicted below) that appears near the top of the page.
